A: Yes, but only if we learn to be open about our differences.

Stop hiding from these topics, & talk openly about them (without fighting). WORKING TOGETHER for world peace is what this blog is about. Sometimes with logical rigour, sometimes vulnerable, sometimes compassionate, but always intended within the context of patience, understanding & love.

Many of the topics here are taboos, & points of conflict: people often handle them badly or not at all, and so they fester. Harmony is not served by ignoring these topics, nor by dominating others with them, but by open sharing, and mutual understanding, and then honest friendship begins. So if readers come away with a sense of “I get what he means,” I’m happy if they don’t also agree with me.

0. I have almost zero blog-urge, so I’ll be worked up about something in order to blog. (But if I do, a notification will appear on Facebook.  Or add me to your RSS feed – I wont be clogging it up!)

1. I have one job: Outreach Specialist.

2. I work in two modes: faith based Community Development, and Christian Education.

3. I wear three hats: Thinking (Forge Training Network volunteer), Acting on it (Cheers Neighbors’ Network volunteer), & Speaking (OAC Ministries staff).

4. I have four kids, and a wonderful wife.

Blogs could be about any of the above. Or something random, without warning.

This is just my way of publishing some of my stuff. I’m an open book. WYSIWYG.
